Great location, very friendly staff and perfect view from our balcony (we had the panorama apartment). It is very close to the AquaDome, and it is also just a 5 min walk to the center. The shop is just across the street and there is a restaurant in the same building (the food is very delicious).

The apartment is modern and fantastic. The bedrooms are large with one en/suite, a separate very large bathroom with walk in shower, and a separate WC. The kitchen-diner is excellent and has every conceivable utensil. The lounge is very spacious and has seating for over 6 persons. Very comfortable. The free ski bus stop to Sölden is a 2 minute walk across the road with frequent buses ( 44 and 320). The journey is very pleasant and takes about 20 minutes. The bus goes via Längenfeld ( about 4 minutes) where there are some very good restaurants. You can walk there in 30 minute as well.

You. Feel. Loved. This place loves to have guests, every little detail is thought through, supplies are generous, plenty of cooking appliances, all in ideal condition and order. Spacious rooms, we were 12 people with 3 small kids, and everyone had his space. Very clean. I mean VERY clean. View pastoral, green dash, misty mountains, small flock of sheep. Plenty of parking in front of the villa, we parked 3 big cars and there were still space. But the best part of the experience is the owner of the place, that made us feel welcomed and took care of every need we had. Location is right outside of quiete city Langenfield, 5 min drive from supermarket.

We visited Armin in the summer and it was a perfect 10/10 stay. The flat is spacious, with a balcony AND a terrace, the bathroom is big and comfortable, all amenities are still fairly new plus they're kept in pristine condition - both in bathroom and kitchen everything is clean, working 100% like new, absolutely zero issues there. The cooker and fridge are full sized, kitchen is fully equipped with everything - from toaster to microwave to full set of pots, utensils, up to different wine and beer glasses. There's a dishwasher and a full size fully automatic DeLonghi coffee machine with grains already provided. We were even greeted with a bottle of an Austrian red wine which was very nice. But the absolute crown jewel is the location! I kept getting out of bed (which was super comfy by the way) simply because I couldn't get enough of the view from the balcony. The object does not have any immediate neighbors, there are no sounds whatsoever coming from outside, nothing will disrupt your peace (maybe an occasional cow bell in the distance), and yet you remain very close to anything you might need - Langenfeld is a proper town with all shops and restaurants and it's less than 4km away and you can get there by foot which I very much endorse because the surroundings are mesmerisingly beautiful. There's also a small restaurant 300m away from the apartment that serves trouts straight out of their own pond. There are two separate apartments, both on 1st floor but even though there was a family with two children in the other flat, we didn't hear a single sound. And at last but not least - Frau Karin keeps the most beautiful garden I've seen so far on my holiday trips and I'd love to congratulate her on her efforts!

Perfect place for winter vacation! The village has everything to enjoy a vacation at fullest! The best place for spa at Aqua Dome. 20 min by public transport to Solden where you can find the best slopes and apres ski places. Restaurants, pizzerias and shops for shopping.

Everything looked renovated and well maintained.

Everything looked renovated and well maintained. The host and hostess were super friendly and hospitable. I loved how the restaurants were walking distance from the Chalet. Not to mention, the Chalet was was under 15 minutes away from the first Gondola in Sölden. I would definitely recommend this place to people who want a super nice place to stay without the expectation of nightlife or partying. It is a great place to getaway for a reset in life!

Lagenfeld is the jewel of the Oetz valley, centrally placed...

Lagenfeld is the jewel of the Oetz valley, centrally placed to access the many things on offer. The absolute crown is Aquadome, not to be missed and the beating heart of Lagenfeld. If you're heading to the pistes further up the valley to Solden and Obergurgl it's an easy morning commute, away from the hustle and bustle. Being lower down the Vally it's closer to the airport and the many other ski resorts available all within an hours drive. Again in summer it's a central base, with a great campsite at the heart of walking, cycling and waterfalls.

We were at the Stern Lagenfeld Hotel in Austria in July for 5 days. The hotel is excellent, a room with a panoramic view of the mountains with snow, food on the roof with a sauna and, above all, the attitude of the staff (Brigit) who helped us a lot, thank you very much

The people in the area are super friendly.

The people in the area are super friendly. We drove around with our car. We ate at a restaurant called "Venezia" a couple of times. Their pizza and pasta is delicious and very affordable. The one problem that we had is that the grocery shops close at 5pm or 6pm and there weren't any other places close by to buy drinks or snacks for when we were in our room. I would definitely recommend going to the Aqua dome, it is great for relaxation.

Ideally placed for skiing in Solden, Hochgurgl and Obergurgl. Our Oetztal ski pass even allowed us to head down the valley to Kuhtai and Hochoetz , 2 great smaller ski areas. Langenfeld was a lovely small village with everything you need close by.

A beautifully equipped apartment featuring two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The place was impeccably clean upon arrival, and communication with the host was seamless, even with the reception closed for the summer holiday. We stayed in the apartment Top 8, with a lovely view over the mountains. Although the apartment is slightly outside the center of Längenfeld, it takes less than 10 minutes to reach the town center by feet. The parking in the underground garage was convenient and comfortable. Highly recommended!

We had a brilliant time at Hotel Stern and were thoroughly impressed with the cosiness of the hotel and the warmth of the staff. It being a family business was a real positive factor in so many interactions. The food was consistently great, with plenty of variety of dishes and care in preparation. The combination of rooftop pool and underground spa was a real treat after a long day on the mountain, with many different saunas and steam rooms to keep each visit fresh.

My wife and I had a week to remember at the Aqua Dome. The Hotel, Pool and Spa areas are beautiful, spacious and inviting. The staff couldn't have done more for us. We will be back!
