    The staff was great and the room was very comfortable.

    The staff was great and the room was very comfortable. Fast wi-fi and slippers and robe in the room. Parking was free and just outside the hotel. There is no elevator if you are on upper floors. Short walk to the abbey which is now an arts center and to the local beach although you could swim in the lake right from the hotel property.

    Millstatt is a beautiful wilderness with plenty of sporting...

    Millstatt is a beautiful wilderness with plenty of sporting and other opportunities. We really enjoyed the bicycle ride around the lake, the hike to the Garnet Gate, the sup in the deep and clear Millstatt lake.

    Millstatt is a very nice area.

    Millstatt is a very nice area. I think especially in summer it is nice. In winter (which is when we were there) it is not so crowded. The location is well situated between several ski area's all within 20-40 min driving distance

    You will enjoy indeed a breathtaking scenery. Fully-equipped, spacious, warm and very cozy apartment with everything you might ever need in the kitchen. You will feel yourself like at home. Good for long stayings with kids. Large terrace for sunbathing and garden. Parking is easy. Franziska, the host, is very hospitable and kind. Thank you! We spent unforgettable New Year holidays in Energie Oase and hope to be back to Millstatt in other seasons and to stay in this apartment.

    The house was really spacious and clean with a great view to the Millstatter see. The garden was beautiful with a playground that my son enjoyed a lot. Florian and his family was really friendly. They were exceptional hosts and helped us in everything we asked for.

    Cozy, family owned hotel at the gorgeous Millstatt Lake. We loved learning about its history from the many pictures and memories spread around the hotel, the staff were superb and it’s the most pet-friendly hotel we have ever stayed at. We had a wonderful time!

    The hotel restaurant has a great view of the lake. We enjoyed a dinner of fresh trout served very professionally by DARKO. The flower and candle on the table were romantic. We also enjoyed the classic wood decor and lake view from our room.
