It was great, beautiful place. Room was nice. Downstairs you can find food and drinks. I wish there was a menu in english thats it. It was pretty easy to find this place, it has a parking place for your car.

Breakfast spread par to none we enjoyed and ever so friendly and helpful staff. The location on the shore of the Traunsee and easy access to the lakes of the Salzkammergut. Would highly recommend the boat trip around the lake and a must visit to Gmunden on one end of the lake with its castles and villas of the nobility’s of now and past. Not to forget a visit to Hallstatt and the summer residence of the Emperor’s of Austria and Hungary in Bad Ischl. Salzburg the birthplace of Mozart with a visit to the castle and the list goes on.

    Nothing much to say about Neukirchen.

    Nothing much to say about Neukirchen. It's a single family community spread out across a large mountainside area. There doesn't seem to be a city center, just lots of houses and occasional shops and petrol stations running along the Traun Sea. In my limited view, Neukirchen wouldn't be a travel destination except to stay at an abundance of guesthouses that flank the Sea area.
