Everything. The girl who greeted me warmly and welcoming. The hotel is beautiful and special, the single room was big enough. The bikes were put in a ski room and it was very convenient to charge them there. The breakfast was amazing both in abundance and taste. Simply an excellent hotel at a fair price of 80 euros per night.

Everything looks solid, new, tidy and clean, very well fitting the spirit of Serfaus village, that looks too nice to be true. Nice balcony and kitchenette made me pity that I couldn't use them longer. The village is nice and quiet, so the sleep is deep and relaxed. We could also find a place in underground garage of the hotel, which is a huge plus for a hot day. The Summer card, sold at tiny price at the hotel, saves huge amounts on cable cars that you'd pay if you are not staying in the village. And the time spent in the mountains over Serfaus is quality time!

This place is a little gem in a beautiful location. Lovely clean rooms. Our host was fantastic and very friendly. We had some of the best food in the restaurant and breakfast was excellent 😋. Wish we could move in.

Everything here was thoughtful, every detail put with a purpose - colors, scents, designs. The whole place is amazing, the service great. It raised the bar for hotels to the new heights. While being here, you absolutely must visit the wellness area, the restaurant and the bar.

Loved the room, location and the staff. Room was large and airy with great amount of storage. Right on the slopes so really convenient for skiing. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Really good breakfast with great selection.

    The hotel is perfect for a luxurious ski vacation at a reasonable price. From Prutz you drive 15 minutes to ski resort Fiss-Ladis. Staying there directly is more expensive. In return you get the charme and friendliness of a family-run hotel that has invested a lot to keep up with the design and comfort of five star ressorts. It is also great for families which does not mean that it is noisy. On the contrary.

    Christine is a very friendly host, giving you a very warm welcome. The appartment itself is very spacious, modern and has everything you need: all kitchen utensils, towels, toiletpaper,... There even is a separate basement to dry your ski shoes & ski's. The appartment is located on a walking distance from everything in Prutz and it's a 10min drive to Ladis from where you can take the ski lift.

    Very kind hosts. Beatiful place, 200m to centre of Prutz. Prutz is close and convenient stay to access several ski resorts Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis, Nauders and also Kaunertal glacier. Apartment has everything you need for a holidays. There is even infrared sauna available for free.
