It far exceeded my expectations. I was simply looking for budget accommodation with a kitchen near the activity we were doing the next day. Based on the photos, it looked like an outdated apartment with a small window. It turned out to be a modern and large apartment with a door between two large windows leading to the deck with a lovely view of the lake and mountains. I had no issues with noises thankfully. I recommend you request chalet 1 as that is on the end.

Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by both hosts. Beer and a snack as a welcome treat :-) Parking is available on the property. Everything was very clean and tidy, fully equipped—we basically felt at home. I highly recommend this lovely accommodation to everyone.

The location is great, relatively close to ski resorts. THe accommodation has everything you need even for a longer stay. The infra-sauna was a nice plus. The hosts were very responsive and nice and communicated well in English.

I loved absolutely everything about this accommodation, there aren't enough words to describe how much we enjoyed our stay here. The couple who owns it is very charming and has put so much effort into it, the attention to detail is amazing. There are beautiful wild flower bouquets everywhere, there is the sound of running water outside, everything is green and beautiful, with multiple little corners to sit and relax. Everything inside the room is made of linen, which is an experience in itself, there are his/hers sinks in the bathroom which were very convenient, and the bath products have very relaxing smells. There are multiple windows in the room and all of them have beautiful views of the village and the mountains. There is also a great Bluetooth speaker for connecting your music, a coffee machine and welcome snacks. The area itself is car-free and quiet, with picturesque little streets in every direction, and two nice churches a five minute walk away. It's all very idyllic and relaxing. Breakfast is served in a beautiful room and consists of both a buffet, and eggs cooked to your liking. There is a server who looks after you and will bring you coffee/drinks, it's all very fancy. The hotel restaurant does really good food, everything from the home-made bread and butters to the dessert were perfectly done. Their creme-brule is not to be missed! The staff is also very friendly and look after you. Definitely worth booking dinner here. This accommodation was the highlight of our trip, we can't wait to go back.

    A friendly and very reasonable place to say. The bathroom was a little tired but this was reflected in the very moderate price. Note that Selzthal is a good centre but has nowhere to eat, and as far as I could see, no shops- but there are plenty at Liezen which is about 5 miles away or a short train ride.

    We were driving from Hallstatt to Vienna and I chose this hotel because of its convenient location. We really liked it, very comfortable, clean, with friendly staff and a delicious breakfast.

    A family-run hotel that was recently renovated, so the facilities felt new and clean. The staff was super nice. I was able to store my touring bike in a storage room.

    The breakfest was great and rich. The location is cross the train station, but we did not have problem with noise. Near the hotel is a free parking lot.
