This apartment was fantastic! The kitchen was really well-equipped, making it easy to cook meals, and the space itself was cozy and comfortable. Centre of Krimml, very clean, lovely quiet room with modern facilities, excellent walk in shower and stunning views. No undercover parking for our motorbike but was secure in their car park and no issues. Ate dinner on the front terrace, excellent food, service and local wine. Will return

A perfect experience! Nationalparkhotel Klockerhaus impressed us with its exceptional location right next to the Krimml Waterfalls and breathtaking views. The staff is very friendly, warm, and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a balcony offering a wonderful view of the waterfall, the mountains, and the beautifully maintained surroundings. The food was delicious and varied, served with care. Everything is arranged with attention to detail and a warm atmosphere. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel – full of authentic charm, warmth, and natural beauty. We would gladly return!

Everything was perfect: location with a panorama view over the town and mountains, our balcony had fascination view on the waterfalls; rooms are big, clean, modern, all materials are of top quality; great breakfast, super cozy restaurant area; amazing sauna and relaxing area, top new!!!; host and staff are super friendly and helpful to make your stay just perfect. Fantastic place to stay, and wish we were able to stay longer. Staff were very friendly and the majority spoke English. The room was very clean and tidy. The facilities were amazing and very clean. The food was very good.

    We spent wonderful winter vacation in this apartment.

    We spent wonderful winter vacation in this apartment. It was amazingly big with enough space for everyone and everything. Very well equipped, super clean and cozy. We could easily travel to nearby skiing resorts by our car (parking in front of the doors) but ski bus stop was very close. Our hosts were sweet young couple who was very helpful and nurturing. Definitely will come back once we want to visit the area again!

    This location was not our first choice.

    This location was not our first choice. As cyclists we were forced to alter our desired destination because of a recent flood that wiped out the accommodations we thought we would have preferred in Krimml. Ironically, our 2-night stay at Schöeneben turned out to be our favorite destination of a 3 1/2-week bicycle tour of Bavaria and Austria. We were easily able to get to our desired destination by bicycle on our full day in between our two nights and incidentally unencumbered with panniers. The location was incredibly beautiful and being up from the river and cycle path offered views that would have been unavailable if our original wish had come true. We were extremely pleased. Schöeneben was not only our lodging, but the restaurant hosted by a husband and wife team provided the most delectable dining experience of our tour. We would enthusiastically return if it becomes possible in our future travels.

    Absolutely perfect. The host couldnt do anymore for me. As a disabled traveller he could see i was struggling and instead of charging more money like some hotels (yha innsbruck) to move me to a lower ground floor room. This kind gentle man gave me a downstairs apartment. Nothing was too much trouble for him, always attentive, always there when i needed anything. God bless you sir, i wish there were more like you.

    The hotel is not new,but the room was brand new with brand new equipment. Nice bedroom,very cosy beds, roomy living room,cosy chairs and couch,strong and stable Wi-Fi. Fully equipped kitchen,including dishwasher. Free parking. Nice views.Our visit was off season, so the village was quite empty. Over all very nice place to stay.

    Very comfortable apartment. Small, but cosy, we had everything we needed. Electric heater in the bathroom and floor heating was a big plus, since even in the summer it can get really cold in the mountains. There was no hair dryer, but they provided it. Nice view from the balcony.
