I arrived quite late due to traffic, but the owner still waited for me. The check-in was fast and pleasant. The place is either newly built or freshly renovated, very clean, has a big kitchenette, a dishwasher, lots of room and the panorama from the windows is absolutely breathtaking! I had an amazing time there and will certainly return!

Everything was great. Room was much bigger than we expected, exceptionally clean, hotel perfectly located - on the main street, few minutes from sops and restaurants. Owner is very pleasant, she gave us many useful tips. Breakfast was carefully selected, tasty and plentiful. All in all, hotel highly recommended.

Etmissl was a lovely small village to stay in. The people there were all very friendly. We got lucky and stumbled upon a Maypole celebration that was incredible to watch. The meals in the restaurant were spectacular (e.g. wild garlic ravioli with morel mushrooms in a cream sauce or the lake trout on a bed of stinging nettle risotto). We ate there twice in two days. And one of the owners made a point of coming over to us during the Maypole celebration to explain what the tradition was all about for them.

Located next to the famous basilica and other sights, this hotel is right on the main square in the centre of Mariazell.

Amazingly helpful personnel - they helped us a lot even with things that were unrelated to the accommodation. Nice and spacious room. Breakfast included, dinner possible in the restaurant.

The room was beautiful and clean. I appreciate the rich breakfast, including eggs served in different ways. The wellness area with a terrace overlooking the surrounding mountains was also amazing.

We were very satisfied with our stay at this hotel. The receptionist was extremely helpful – we arrived on motorcycles and he kindly offered us the option to park in the garage, which we really appreciated ❤️. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and it met all our expectations. Breakfast was tasty and the staff were smiling and friendly. Overall, this accommodation offers good value for money. The location is excellent – very close to Mariazell yet still peaceful. I would definitely recommend it if you’re looking for a place to stay in this area.
