    This is the fifth time I have visited Zauchensee and it...

    This is the fifth time I have visited Zauchensee and it never disappoints. Snowfall on arrival and snowfall on departure - a few bluebird days in between and my children had an excellent skiing experience. The FirstPeak hotel is superb for families as a ski-in/ski-out option and I would wholeheartedly recommend staying here for the comfortable rooms but mainly the superior food - the best I've tasted on a skiing holiday. Only downside is that Zauchensee has limited options for buying snacks/drinks as there is no supermarket, and no pharmacy unless you travel into the nearest village.

    We commend this excellent hotel with high quality service. Kind personnel and an outsanding manager do their best to make our stay pleasant and memorable. Basking in the sun on the terrace of the hotel room facing the ski slopes after ski was truly relaxing, not mentioning the wellness area. The 5-course gourmet dinner is artistic and a real treat!

    Overall very good experience and the highlight was the kindless of teh team under the owner's personal supervision. Also, the facilities are excellent for a 4* hotel. Several perosanl initiatives taht showed taht management and staff went the extra mile to be helpful e.g. clearing snow from your car.

    The hotel impressed me with its diverse meal options, including a commendable selection of vegetarian choices—a rarity in Austrian catering. The perfect location (closed to the lift) and free covered parking.

    really nice hotel, very comfortable and close to the ski lifts, family friendly. The dinner and breakfast were excellent and the staff was super nice and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable
