Large rooms, multiple restaurants on site, in-dining available. The creams and shower gels etc available are of great quality. I was departing prior to breakfast bar opening so they had it packed and ready for pick up earlier on my departure which was very “above and beyond” for any hotel i’ve stayed at. The staff were extremely polite, professional and very accommodating. I didnt catch the Philipino receptionist name but she was a great help and took care of my many requirements

I was very satisfied with the flat, it was clean and spacious. Location is also great as most sights in Alice Springs are walking distance from the flat. But I want to give a big thank you to the hosts, they made me feel like I was in a second home and also took me to the airport when I left Alice Springs.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff, particularly the managers. Anna went out of her way to accommodate me despite late unplanned arrival. I’ve been travelling solo for nearly 3 months now, staying exclusively in backpacker / hostel accommodation and the YHA at Alice Springs is head and shoulders above anywhere I have stayed.
