Busselton for us was excellent base for travel day trips.

Busselton for us was excellent base for travel day trips. There are various tourist places to visit, so plan your trip. Plenty of places to dine or buy your own food. We chose restaurants where we stayed as well as the Busselton Foreshore. Weather wise September pack for seasonal changes. Brisk cool mornings, sunny days and evening cooler temps. Everywhere we visited locals, tourists all friendly and chatty.

Busselton is an amazing place to stay. I have been many times and this last day was actually the second time I've stayed at rest awhile. And I have recommended your motel to anybody that is heading to Busselton.

Busselton is constantly changing and getting bigger.

Busselton is constantly changing and getting bigger. There are plenty of good restaurants all within the town site. Having said that it holds its country charm and is well worth a visit. We like Tai food and Busselton has a fantastic one. Pub grub no problems there and where we stayed top notch restaurant. It's location allows you to use it a base station like we do and travel out daily to other exciting areas, like Augusta for migration whale watching on a 37ft vessel. Four different types of underground caves which are simply spectacular. Visit the Capes Raptor Centre and see Albie the owl. On your way down you will pas through Cowaramup a country town where there are dozens of full size crafted cows scattered throughout town townsite. Do not miss the bakery there and take the time to wander. In all there are endless activities for all ages down in this region.

Easy to get around as topography is very flat.

Easy to get around as topography is very flat. Easy access to many kilometers of beach. Perfect for families all year around. Lots of places to eat. Many, many shops and all amenities, e.g. hospital, 2 cinemas, large shopping centres. Due to high tourism rates, there are many activities aimed at families and tourists.

Busselton City is the gateway to the Capes Region of Western Australia. There is no shortage of amenities or accommodation, and they also have a new picture theatre! The beaches around Cape Naturaliste, about 30km to the west, are world-class, not to mention the Wineries close by in the Margaret River region, which produces about 20 percent of Australia's premium wines. In addition, those people with speleological interest (caves) will find the area very interesting, and there are also several caves open to tourists. The Cape to Cape track from Cape Naturaliste to Cape Leeuwin has breathtaking coastal views, spectacular beaches, and forests. There is no shortage of festivals of various descriptions in the region, particularly food, wine, etc! Finally, Sandalford wines host world-class concerts in summer!

We were only in Busselton overnight.

We were only in Busselton overnight. The Jetty is great to walk. The Origin Market is a definate must for local produced goods and products, plus great food. This was a real highlight and I was very impressed with it. Dusty Buns Bakery is well worth a visit, as was Picobar for Mexican lunch. Precious Plastics is amazing - they make bowls etc from bottle tops and they products are gorgous, colourful and and practical

We found a Treasure. We left Augusta after a drama with a Houseboat and needed to stay overnight in Busselton, before driving to Perth. Fortunately came across Timothee and were so delighted we did. The room was so nicely furnished with a lovely outlook and it just fitted the bill to be able to relax there till morning. We are hoping to come back to Busselton for 2-3 nights and will certainly be staying at Timothee. Thank you

The townhouse had everything that we needed and more! Perfect family vacation home away from home. There was a cafe/dive shop next door that did a really good iced latte. There was also the bar and bistro a short walk further. The marina was beautiful with all the Christmas lights. We were about a 10 minute drive from the Busselton city centre. Lots of parking available. Very happy with our stay!

Been to Busselton many times. Never stayed on this side of town. Very pleasantly surprised. The house consists of 4 apartments. Ours was beautifully appointed, well equipped and super comfortable. Morning walks along the beach to the Jetty to grab some coffee took less than 15 minutes dawdling 🙂
