Its was my first experience staying in such places surrounding by camp ! Nice and cozy unit. Specious unit, bed is comfort. Good location as close to jetty especially for those who arriving late or leaving earlier, this is a superb location as u do not need to wake up earlier to catch the ferry.

Fresh-made muffins were left at our entry together with juice, milk and coffee, very much appreciated. Also, there were fantastic Australian shampoo/conditioner/body balm in the bathroom. The studio apartment was really cosy, would definitely recommend it to other people coming in the area or going to kangaroo island. Thanks for welcoming us :)

    My reason for staying at Cape Jervis was the convenient...

    My reason for staying at Cape Jervis was the convenient location to the KI Ferry. I'm certain there are many other interesting spots in the area including Rapid Bay and the sea caves that I would have loved to see, however we were short on time. As It turned out I'd made a mistake regarding the time we were supposed to be at the ferry terminal and I was very grateful for the location that alone saved our bacon. The stay was faultless.

    A good place to stop over if you are heading to Kangaroo...

    A good place to stop over if you are heading to Kangaroo Island or just for a quick road trip. Morgans beach is very beautiful and a must visit. It is a pet friendly beach too. We did not visit the deep creek conservation park as it does not allow pets. The blowhole beach is also not friendly and requires a 4WD vehicle or prepare to hike down to get to the beach... Dining options are limited. The Cape Jervis Tavern serves pub meals and delicious and highly recommended Thai food. The General Stores has most of your essential supplies covered including fuel. The next costs option for food would be in Second valley or Normanville.

    We only stayed a couple of nights and went on the Sealink...

    We only stayed a couple of nights and went on the Sealink Ferry to Kangaroo Island and back. It was a cold and wet trip but was very comfortable inside. We ate at the Cape Jervis Tavern that is on the main road to the ferry terminal. It is just a country pub with nice staff and the meals were very tasty so we would return for another.

    Sue and her partner were very friendly and helpful. I was expecting a simple "caravan park cabin" i stayed in one of the homestead "cabins". They are not. I have stayed in many hotel/motel accommodation and this far exceeded my expectations.
