Carrum downs is located to so many different options and beaches. We visited so places in our short time and a quick trip over to phillip island. We stayed here to access Casey stadium for a sporting event.

The room was a good size clean the bed was comfortable. The shower was great nice pressure and great hot water. Toaster tea and coffee facilities. Excellent Clean Motel.
Excellent Clean Motel. Very quiet at Night facilities were 1st class. A close 6min Drive to The Seaford Beach Cafe to enjoy a great breakfast while watching the waves roll in very relaxing. Also situated close to the East Link Freeway which can join you up to Major Suburbs for Shopping such as Ringwood or a 20 min drive straight thru to Melbourne City. And if you like your horse racing & the timing is right a short drive to Cranbourne Race Track which is why we visited.Guest review byJamieAustralia - 10.0
