A short walk to the beach was great. Also able to walk and get a coffee in the morning. We were able to order in one meal and use the microwave for another meal. Kingscliff SLSC was a nice meal. Casuarina is an amazing location - we go at least once a year. I'd highly recommend the "big name" apartment complex or hotels, as well as the holiday homes. Casuarina is a peaceful little beach suburb 15 minutes from the Qld Border and the Gold Coast. Has all the facilities required for a great getaway without the higher prices of the Gold Coast's more popular locations.
