just want booking .com to know this is not a hotel or motel it is a private residence which they have converted ito a studio maybe illegal not approved by council as there is no sign there i went thought was at the wrong place then i saw a guy he came in said entrance is at the back when i went in they did not have the facilities that they listed on website i had to ask for the iron they left the used soap bar in the bathroom as well .

    The house was spacious & excellent cooking facilities, has street parking & safe quiet neighbourhood. We needed to check in a week later than booked for & happy to pay full price but the host did not reply to our request.....very frustrating as we were coming from interstate.
