Falls Creek is easy to get around.
Falls Creek is easy to get around. Plenty of eating options, most reasonably priced. The weather you get what your given, but I do accept that when lifts close down, or are on wind hold , it is for the safety of the clients. Staff, lifty's were friendly and helpful. Falls Creek has many runs and is organised well. It’s beautiful to see the mountains around with all the snow on it. It has a good variety of hotels and cafes. The staff on the mountain are so friendly and helpful. They really made our experience so much better. It is run very well. Our family had such a good time. We would love to come back. We had some great coffee under the orange umbrellas. The shuttle bus that runs up the main street is very helpful. And the local supermarket had everything we needed. Falls Creek Central snow sports was so helpful when we hired our equipment. They even delivered it to our hotel and picked it up. There's no better place to ski in Australia for ease of access to slopes, cafes, restaurants, accomodation. Perfect slope progression for all styles of skier and amazing lifting capacity so there is rarely a que to wait in. Best snow making in Australia, great coverage. When travelling off season, many facilities were not open, but the essentials such as the supermarket and the coffee shop at the resort were. The great part about Falls creek is that you can just relax indoors if that's your thing, you can enjoy the great outdoors, ride your bike or hike the trails. Beautiful summer environment which may have changeable weather including thunderstorms. A variety of walking and hiking trails and plenty of hilly terrain. Stunning mountain and valley views, wildlife spotting and quiet, remote areas. Village has adequate food supplies and a post office, although medical help is a long drive down the mountain and no pharmavy supplies are available at Falls Creek village.Guest review byMeganAustralia - 10.0

It was too late at night when but we are not allowed to be in because we have total of 11 people including a small kid. We are being treated almost like criminal which she claimed we are trying to sneak in with extra 1 person. The type of words that she chose and the attitude really upset us.
