Stay was very comfortable. All rooms are newly renovated and location is little away from Katoomba and you definitely need car to commute. Free car parking. Bistro restaurant is downstairs, but reservation needed. Buffet breakfast was nice. Views are fantastic. Approx 3-4km for Katoomba and Scenic world attractions, but there is nearby Leura mall road where you can find good restaurants.

We booked a loft room, as advertised on Bookings.com as the most reasonable option - however when we arrived the room carpets were still damp from recent cleaning. The staff were really helpful and transferred us to ground floor rooms which were dry, and included a huge bonus for us: washing machines and dryers. The Blue Mountains were cold and wet for our visit, so the gas-lit fireplaces and electric air-conditioners were very welcome.
