Delicious variety of teas and coffee and even a dolce gusto coffee machine and capsules provided. We loved that! The property is exceptionally clean and the beds in both rooms were super cosy for us. The lovely linen quality made it extra comfortable. We also enjoyed sitting out on the veranda admiring the pretty landscaped garden. The host Rita , had number one knowledge of the area and recommended loads of things for us to see and do, all of which we did and filled our days exploring the gorgeous East Gippsland area. We thank you also for your excellent and efficient communication and the amount of time your spent with us, recommending places to see and eat and things to do. You're an absolute Star!! We will definitely be back and we will highly recommend this lovely property and your friendly and efficient hospitality to our family and friends.Thank you!

Debbie and Graham were amazing hosts of a fabulous property. As soon as we arrived Debbie met us with heaps of information about the property and the surrounding area. The cottage itself is not done justice by the photos, it’s huge, very comfortable and has a lovely view. The area around it is very quiet and just what is needed if you are looking to get out of the rat race and into nature. Debbie let us visit the huge vegetable garden on the property and we picked some lovely fruits and vegetables that we used at dinner time and breakfast. We will definitely be back to visit!

I loved my stay at the Bairnsdale Main Motel - a classic, old-school "mom and pop" style motel, which I just love! I had the pleasure of meeting with and talking with the fantastic host, a really good man with a heart of gold. The room was cosy, quiet, clean and very comfortable, and I slept really well there. It had everything I needed for a self-catered stay, and I particularly appreciated the microwave in the shared area. I highly recommend a visit to nearby Raymond Island for koala-spotting if one is in the area for tourism. I would have liked to have stayed longer.
