A top little town that seems to be growing. Very tidy and clean plus everyone I met was super friendly. I was there for work, so not much time to play the tourist but I would happily come back. I did drive out to the cemetery to wander around for a bit as I find that you can learn a lot about a place by checking out its history.

Miles is a lovely town, our stay overnight was very restful.
Miles is a lovely town, our stay overnight was very restful. Staff at Outback motel and Queenslander Hotel were all polite and professional. And the Chemist was also very helpful. A good place to rest for the night before heading further North

We were travelling through on trip to central qld, stayed overnight. After checkout we found tennis courts down the road (after the iga, on left), they were locked as only avail for hire nowadays, but we were able to have a casual hit against a brick wall and also on a paved basketball court before continuing on.

Miles is a pretty town with an active community who get behind a range of causes across the year. I first visited in 2020 and like to stop in at either the start or end of my roadtrips from/to Brisbane.
The bougainvillea look beautiful this time of year as you go about town. There's plenty of pretty places to walk or to do some photography; lots of wildlife really close to town and a beautiful place to visit.
Some suggestions to visit: most are free or low-cost

Our room was excellent except for the single bed.
Our room was excellent except for the single bed. The bed looked like it had been slept in, not made & pillow & towel were on the floor.
I had not planned to comment on this but your survey continued with more questions.
However I would stay again & recommend to friends.

Very comfortable, practical and location is great 👍.
Very comfortable, practical and location is great 👍. Glen and Nicole are very welcoming and friendly. I left my phone charger behind and was contacted within 20 minutes of my leaving, all sorted for me to collect when I next pass through, thank you 👍😊. The shower was Hot with very good pressure, and the bathroom has a wall heater - great for when you hop out of a hot shower in the winter. Finally the price was very good, cheaper than others in the town. Overall a very pleasant experience. Thank you 👌🙂

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Having the IGA across the highway is convenient. Onsite parking. Onsite restaurant, while not open every night, was very convenient to eat at on the night of our arrival. Bathroom very clean. Miles has a really fabulous Historical Village just down the road which is worth a visit. Half an hours drive from Chinchilla for anyone attending Melonfest.

Lovely - clean, well presented, well equipped, and quiet. Staff are helpful and invested. The work desk was an unexpected bonus! Miles isn't well served by the NBN, so don't expect Wifi in the area - but the 5g coverage was surprisingly good, I could hot spot everything I needed for work.

We had a wonderful overnight stay in Miles. The friendly receptionist gave the warmest welcoming! The room was comfortable and clean. It had everything you could want or need in a motel room. Will definitely stay here again.
