The best customer service we have experienced in a long time. Every staff member we encountered were so friendly and willing to assist with any request or enquiry, and we were greeted by everyone with a smile and genuine conversation. Plenty of parking space out the front of the hotel to check in and it was so easy to find parking in the on-site parking facilities. The room was very clean and provided us with ample amenities for our stay.

The chicken I had at dinner was fantastic, the buffet in the morning was great, the room was very comfortable and the staff excellent. My flights were changed and the staff said I could check out later than 11 am.

    I'm giving it a rating 1/10 as if I didn't my review might not be published. I feel it is the right thing thing to do. That way we can warn other people to save your money and stay anywhere else. Horrible place. Horrible staff. Horrible facilities.

    Location, location.

    Location, location. For my business trip it was located central to where I had to visit customers. Parking was on-site and right out front of the hotel. Easy to walk down stairs and order a meal from the pub and the food was excellent. For a night cap, you walk across the carpark to the on-site Bottle-O, or if you needed basic staples, there is a 7-11 across the road. Other great conveniences was the bakery, newsagency and cafe also across the road, plus a pharmacy as well. Value-for-money, this was a great place to stay and I would definitely go back.

    I just want to praise The Narwee Hotel.

    I just want to praise The Narwee Hotel. I missed my connection flight due to a previous flight delay. So my booking had to change last minute. The manager did not charge me for the night I didn't make it and transferred it to the following night when I arrived. It was great value for money and all the staff incredibly lovely! Downstairs is a bistro, bar, and even an outdoor heated covered lounge for we still addicted smokers. All anyone needs for a layover accommodation. Bottle shop and 7/11 just there and more restaurants walking distance. Comfy beds and clean. Jo the cleaner can't do enough for you. Highly recommend and will definitely be back.
