This is an excellent renovation of an older property, done with style. The result a very, very clean, smart, feature filled home, from the fuel burning stove to the ducted air-conditioning everything has been done with verve and flair.

My rating on value for money was incorrect , GREAT VALUE.

My rating on value for money was incorrect , GREAT VALUE. Breakfast included, kitchen was immaculate. Loved my room, basin with hot water, air conditioning kept me warm and cosey on a lovey winter night. Host was most welcoming. Good sized mirror for getting myself together in the morning. Would love to visit again :) Great shops, so many historical homes, a beautiful river. Everyone was so friendly and happy to have a chat ,

Lucky enough to be there for Cementa an incredible experience and worth going again in 2 yrs. So many creative talented artists. Amazing scenery with a lot of history.

It is a small country town and its services suit the locals who know how it works. We were there midweek in school holidays and found a number of businesses only open Friday and weekends, closed for the holidays or very limited hours. We could not get a coffee after 2.30pm except in the Globe bistro after 6.00pm. Neither pub had coffee at the bar. It probably hums at weekends, but was very quiet during our visit.
