    Helen was wonderful and welcoming. The unit is private, super clean, comfortable and with everything we needed and even more! The shower is really spacious too! A few minutes walk to the shops, restaurants and beach and in a really nice quiet street. We know where we will always stay as long as it is available for our visits up to Umina and surrounds!

    Not an ideal location for families, this is a hotel above a pub. It’s noisy and the walls are thin, we could hear the person next to us showering, singing and having a phone conversation. The bed was soft and squishy and no soap to wash your hands with. The room was very spacious and clean but it in desperate need of a lick of paint.

    The location is superb - an easy short walk to the beach and surf club. Easy walking distance to Umina shops and cafes. You don’t really need a car to stay here. The house is well equipped and very clean. Lots of natural light in every room and modern ceiling fans and aircon make it comfortable even on very hot days.
