The accommodation part is a let down. Small dated rooms, very basic bathroom lacking shelf / bench space. Bed is comfortable but curtains above bed let in lots of light as they are not against window frame so was hard to get to sleep with so much light coming in. Macquarie 4 star was good for me as it was close to amenities, had a good vibe and my room was quite and looked out over the creek. It was nice to wake up and see all the paddlers and people enjoying the water. The staff was excellent too and helped me with my requests. Dirty room not cleaned to the required standard dirty towel from previous guest in the room hair and urine on bathroom floor hand prints on wall and shower glass Bed pushed up against wall allowing access to one side only. Over all the room was dirty . the Noise was bad with other guest and children making noise well after 11pm at night should have families with children away from other guest with out noise children very poor management not helpfully at all owner was advised of issues but no response or no follow up from management or staff.Guest review byKenAustralia
