Beds had noisy springs. The room was very tired. Bathroom door not attached to runners and wouldn’t close properly. I suspect extractor fan not working.

The room was clean, with a big bathroom and a very well equipped kitchen. Everything is new and some rooms have a lovely sea view. There is a direct access to the beach with tables, chairs and a shower. The laundry with washing machine and dryer is a bless when on the road trips :) Brian is a perfect host, very kind and ready to share any advices. We can only recommend Seaspray for your stay in Yeppoon.

Absolutely beautiful place! It looked so well put together, so much attention to detail; the owners love their bungalow and probably their visitors, too, and it shows! It‘s clean and cozy and wonderful - with the sunrise over the beach lighting up your breakfast table. We were sad to only stay one night.

    I love Yeppoon!

    I love Yeppoon! It's relaxed and chilled with the right amount of restaurants, shopping and atmosphere. It's easy to drive/walk around the town, with all the local beaches great for swimming and strolling.

    Yeppoon is such a lovely, sleepy coastal town that harks back to a much slower pace of life. It is well set out, with easy access to everything. The only negative I would have is that we travelled up from Brisbane on a Monday and by the time we arrived in Yeppoon the eating places had all closed up until dinner service and it was hard to find somewhere to get something to eat. The locals didn't seem to understand that they could recommend a takeaway place. We did eventually get told about a fish and chip shop down the main shopping street and if you want really amazing fish and chips I totally recommend you go there, I can't remember the name of it but it is tucked in next to one of the pubs.

    Very pretty place.

    Very pretty place. I hadn't been there before and was surprised at the islands close to the mainland. Would have liked to have more time to visit more beaches and rocky sea shores. The Waterside restaurant had great food, although didn't like the ordering system via phone: the daily special wasn't easily found on the on-line menu. Bowls club had reasonable bistro as well.

    Yeppoon is a hidden treasure it is a beautiful place to visit and has access to several islands, when you want a place to snorkel or ride in a glass bottom boat forget Airley Beach it is overated and over priced,

    I have been to Yeppoon twice now and this has become my top favourite coastal town! Beautiful beach, perfect water temperature to swim, stunning lagoon by the ocean to swim and watch sunset at the same time.

    That my grandchildren live in Yeppoon :) So it was a...

    That my grandchildren live in Yeppoon :) So it was a wonderful position for us to meet at each others houses and walk to the beach. The town is full of great coffee shops and places to eat. Great Keppel is a wonderful outing, and the lagoon an amazing place for families.

    Lovely comfortable apartment with plenty of room for the 4 of us. Awesome location, just across road from park area and beachfront, easy to walk around central Yeppoon area. Lots of cafes/restaurants nearby. Nice view from room. Parrots very noisy at dusk but go quiet after dark - quite amazing to see the sheer quantity of them in the trees!

    We booked this last minute and we found the price affordable even during the holiday season. The unit was modern, clean and has everything you need while being away. It’s straight across the road from the beach, a coffee shop just down the road and a quick drive to Yeppoon’s main centre. It was easy to check in and out of

    This review is specific to the caravan, which, for what you got, was cute but astonishingly expensive. No hot water, no microwave, no WiFi, no heating (we couldn't sleep, we were so cold), a dark and cold walk to the toilet (in winter) and all for just $20 less than a luxurious hotel. No way, never again.

    Hotel was in a good spot close to the centre for bars and restaurants. Up a very steep hill but this makes for nice views. Room had everything you would expect and the washer/dryer was very handy. Very clean.
