Very nice hotel just a few meter to tne city center. Warm and helpful welcome. Room was marvellous calm and enjoyable. Bathroom was perfect, heated, modern, tidy. Breakfast was very kind and cordial arranged. Checkout was fast and professional. The car was save next to the bulding.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Showed me where to iron my clothes, even gave me access to their Masjid. Its an all women facility (uni complex) so perfect for female travellers! Super clean room and facilities were fulfilled. Location is perfect, there's a mall just at the opposite of the Hotel. Super tasty breakfast: you can choose between a cold (tea or coffee with bread and ham),hot (see picture attached) and a vege breakfast. In overall i will for sure return to this one :)

It is non smoking hotel with great interior, big comfortable rooms, great spa center and gym. Hotel is placed in the city center which helps with going through the town. I love music that plays in the hotel. Music is mostly pop rock English style. Breakfast is great. There is lots of tasty food and great coffee.

Almir is a great host, gave us clear instructions about location, waited for us outside and gave us all the information we needed, like where to get some good food, where to go for shopping and how to get to Mejdan aswell. An overall great experience due to a combination of the great staff, tasty food, location, and room. I’ve been on the road bicycling through Europe for about ten weeks now and staying in a different hotel every night or every other night.
