Very nice hotel just a few meter to tne city center. Warm and helpful welcome. Room was marvellous calm and enjoyable. Bathroom was perfect, heated, modern, tidy. Breakfast was very kind and cordial arranged. Checkout was fast and professional. The car was save next to the bulding.

The staff in this hotel is so amazing and friendly that my whole positive experience about this hotel is built on my positive impression about their staff (reception desk, cleaning ladies, staff in the restaurant). Everyone was always friendly, smiling, helpful. Hotel is located close to big shopping mall with a lot of shops and taxi to city centrum is super cheap and the ride takes only 5-10 minutes. Breakfast is also nice, I liked traditional decoration of their restaurant. I previously booked another hotel in the same city Hotel Tuzla and they have cancelled my reservation 1.5 days before my actual arrival (I initially booked this hotel few months in advance). As I only had 1 day to find hotel Hotel Dorrah was the only one with rooms available so I did not have many expectations. But they really positively surprised me and I think after staying with them I felt lucky that my previous hotel got canceled.

Everything was very good. The keys were readily available, and the proprietors were highly communicative. The residence was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The location was optimal, although the elevation upon returning to the property was somewhat challenging. We are gratified that we selected this accommodation.
