We had the perfect stay at South Gap hotel. I was slightly nervous of the noise levels looking at previous reviews, but with an ocean view room this wasn’t a problem for us at all. The rooms were made up everyday, the bed was huge and comfy and we loved our sundowners on the balcony! The food and drinks were also great. Really can’t fault our stay.

The friendliness of the staff was amazing. You felt like you were staying with friends. The room we got had been recently renovated and was very modern, with air conditioning and lots of space. The pool area is also lovely and you can see the waterfront across the road. Lots of great restaurants in the area, as well as onsite.

The location was fantastic. Close to ALL amenities such as restaurants and shopping and of course beaches. Everything is close by and walking distance. The rooms were very hygienic and clean upon arrival. Friendly staff and amazing food in house.

Lovely hotel, which has just been renovated, which is in a great location and on a beautiful beach. The hotel js spotless and rooms cleaned every day, with linen changed regularly. The staff are really friendly and the hotel has a relaxed vibe. The restaurant is excellent, really good, fresh food in a beautiful setting. They were also very good with my daughter’s food allergy. Would highly recommend for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Beautiful bar which faces the sea with two happy hours per day. The hotel has a small pool which is not really needed given the proximity to the sea.

It was one of the best experiences in the hotel that I could have that's specific night at the restaurant. It was Indian food that was served. Everything taste excellent by the next day. The breakfast was excellent as well. Great service great people that know how to host guest thank you so much. Can't wait to visit you again.

The property is ideally located on a beautiful beach and has great access to the very safe and welcoming area of St Lawrence Gap where you can really get involved in the local nightlife. The suites were immaculately clean and extremely well appointed. All 4 restaurants serve great quality food from fine dining to more beach bar fare available. The biggest stand out feature of this hotel though are it’s staff who cannot do enough for you during your stay. Every single member of staff from Housekeeping to the bar staff to the guys that look after the beach like Gino are exceptional. Our experience ambassadors Abigail and Shiloh were absolutely first class and arranged a number of trips, reservations and transport for us during our stay with consummate professionalism. Big thanks also to Dwayne, Ronaldo, Karlos and Darrien who are exceptional bar staff and genuinely nice guys. You absolutely cannot go wrong staying here. We were here for 2 weeks and has been the only hotel in our experience where we were genuinely sorry to leave by the end of the holiday.
