An old house with all its charme. Room was great, bed extremely comfortable and totally silent. Furniture chosen wisely. Breakfast was fresh and great, and served with a smile. Hope business will bring me back to Dendermonde to stay here.

The room was very stylishly decorated & comfortable. The entire property is interesting & historical. All the buildings are heated well & there is good security. The breakfasts were interesting with fresh fruit & bakery items. The hosts were very welcoming & answered all our questions about the local area. A wonderful place to stay.

The hosts are very friendly and nice family. Their house is really lovely place to stay, it was a pity that we planned only one night to spend there. The room is very cozy with a view on a nice street which was quiet during the night. The hosts served us an excellent delicious breakfast in the morning. It was beyond my expectations. I would totally recommend this place to stay and return myself there. We forgot there some clothes and the host was very kind to send it to us by post :)

    If you want to travel around Belgium, I highly recommend Dendermonde, because it's in the middle and train connections to big cities are excellent (and almost all are direct). City is smaller, very nice and there is a secret gnome village in the big park next to the station. :))

    The hosts have put a lot of thought into creating a very cosy apartment. Take a deep bubble bath or an exhilarating outdoor shower then relax on the large couch with a hot or chilled drink from the selection provided. Superb breakfast hampers are delivered to your door; on-street parking is easy and it's only a short walk to the train/bus station - with restaurants and shops in Dendermonde centre just a few minutes further on.

    The host was exceptional! He went out of his way to make sure we enjoyed our stay, not only at the hotel but in Dendermonde overall. Breakfast was great and even catered for allergies with no extra stress. Would definitely stay again. Thank you for looking after us so well

    Wonderfull 3 stages house in Dendermonde. Heater worked properly and you can find everything you need to coock and to live. Comfortable furniture. Very clean and very avalaible and friendly owners. I felt at home
