Beautiful room, nice and spacious. Lawrence the hotel owner was extremely pleasant and very helpful. I will come again as everything was perfect there. Highly recommended to anyone visiting the town and needing a hotel to stay over.

Lovely located modern hotel with good facilities and a great view. Very friendly staff and excellent breakfast. I can highly recommend the homemade yoghurt. The restaurant has delicious meals and a nice selection of beers as can be expected in Flanders. The only downside of a room with a view, is that you have to climb back up if you go out cycling or on foot ;-)

    Ellezelles is a small town amid green rolling hills in the province of Hainaut in the French speaking part of Belgium. It calls itself the birth place of Hercule Poirot and has a statue of the Belgian detective on the museum building next to the church. In the museum (currently closed for renovation) they also have a copy of the birth certificate of the fictional character invented by Agatha Christie: The birth date being the 1st of April 1850 :-)
