Excellent stay at Four Points by Sheraton! The hotel is in perfect shape, new, comfortable, all facilities work and are maintained perfectly. Small,clean rooms,functional with all needed amenities. We enjoyed the wellness center, I especially loved the sauna with a view. Breakfast buffet has plenty of options. The lobby bar serves excellent cocktails, and the Christmas ambiance gives the hotel a special charm during winter. The staff were wonderful and helpful throughout our stay! Also the location is central so you could get anywhere by foot if the weather is okay :) I would definitely recommend this hotel and come back for a future stay!

This was an amazing experience from start to finish and we can’t wait to visit again! We celebrated our anniversary and the hotel staff had left a beautiful cake in the room for us - not only did we appreciate the gesture, but the cake was absolutely delicious! Next, the room had a stunning view to the mountain and the gondola, it was a pleasure just to be in the room. Everything else, from pillows to bathroom facilities and from design to noise isolation, was perfect. We slept so well on the bed, it is of exceptional quality. We were also very pleasantly suprised by the breakfast variety - there was literally nothing we could think of that wasn’t available. They had many options for lactose free and plant based milks, made pancakes and omlettes on the spot for you and there were fresh juicing stations…This breakfast was exceptional! The SPA facilities are excellent and we really enjoyed everything! Finally, we were really happy with the attention of all staff; everyone was very caring and kind.

We were a group of 5 and we loved it! the rooms were clean, spacious and warm! staff was brilliant, they sorted out every little issue we had always with a smile! the atmosphere in the restaurant is very relaxing (there is a very cute fireplace spot!) and the food was amazing! The hotel is on the main street, very close to everything. There is no Spa however there is a professional studio inside the hotel where you can choose between all kind of massages - we felt like new after and the price was super affordable ;) In general everybody working there was very friendly and professional! To sum up, the hotel it's more than worth the price! We will definitely go back <3

Wherever we look everything was very clean. Very nice place, nice breakfast aera . I choose room with fireplace but the 1 night we dont have that , they told US IT was not availabe. But later Lady from recepion try to fix that and finally give us The room with fireplace. The breakfast isnt like buffet, You have some option to choose. Whatenever everything what we choose was enough. I Hope we will see you again! Thank you !

    Bansko is great year around.

    Bansko is great year around. Even if one is not a skier it is properly better to visit during the rest of the year. Plenty to do during all of seasons. It is great for single travelers, couples, families and groups. There are a lot of good restaurants, bars, stores, galleries, museums. It is very safe any time of day. It is easy to get around by foot, and except for a few peak weeks during the ski season, it does not feel crowded.

    I love the Pirin Mountain / Bankso area - travel is a bit...

    I love the Pirin Mountain / Bankso area - travel is a bit hard to get there from where we came from, but once there we enjoyed the outdoors - I picked the wrong hotel this time, but last year we had a great stay and will return to the previous location to be sure.

    We traveled during the summer.

    We traveled during the summer. So, take this into consideration only for summer trips. The whole Bansko town looks focused on one thing: winter sports. During the summer, it's deserted. We only saw a few football teams for their summer camps and a few stragglers. In July, most of the restaurants are closed. Same with most shops. There was a bit of animation in the old city, with a few more shops and restaurants open. The gondola felt quite expensive: around 100 eur for a family of 2 adults and 3 children. The funny part: it was going empty all day, with no passengers.

    Bansko is always good for a ski trip if you skip the morning line. We went each day from 12 to the end of the day and it was perfect. Prices are much bigger than last year, in restaurants and pubs and bars.

    Spa facilities were excellent, great condition and often had the area to ourselves. Restaurant was not offering buffet breakfast as our visit was pre- season but the meals we had at the hotel were fine. Apartment was clean and well equipped. Room was warm and clean modern bathroom facilities. Reception staff were always very helpful and snowboard hire service was good. Awesome location for driving up to the skilifts each day and an easy walk in town centre.
