The apartment was spotless and felt brand new, with all the necessary facilities for a comfortable stay. The location is ideal—close to the city center and perfect for exploring the area. The private parking is a great bonus. Ani, who welcomed us, was extremely kind and polite. The host, Maria, was very responsive and answered all our questions quickly. We had a great experience and would definitely recommend staying here!

Unique place to stay due to incredible hospitality and friendliness of the owners. The place is clean, comfortable and offers privacy. The breakfast was a unique experience as almost everything what was served, came from private plantations and fields ( eggs, butter, honey, fruits, veggies, etc). The whole family enjoyed it. Fully recommend. The neighborhood could be maintained slightly better by the neighbors and the city services but that’s not the fault of the hosts - that’s neither a negative point nor a complaint - simply an observation

The location was very good, the apartment is nice and spacious and has multiple appliances. The owner was friendly and accommodating and we could checkout ourselves which was important since we didn't know exactly at what time we would leave. There was info about the town and surrounding countryside and also some books and magazines.

The flat was exceptionally clean, with great attention to detail. The owners,Ana and Hristo truly thought of everything-even providing an umbrella for rainy days. The location is perfect: a quiet spot right in the heart of the old town, close to historic buildings. . At 8 o'clock, the sound of the local church bell is amazing and adds to the charm of the place. We'll definitely be coming back!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at ARHEYA 1 in Karlovo, Bulgaria, and it was an excellent experience. From the moment we arrived, I felt warmly welcomed and at ease. The accommodation itself was spotless, stylishly decorated, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail seemed thoughtfully curated to ensure guests had a pleasant stay. The beds were comfy, ensuring a restful night's sleep and the amenities provided were top-notch, including an equipped kitchen and a pristine bathroom. the apartment has 2 bedrooms and a living room. The master bedroom has its toilet and shower so there are 2 toilets and 2 showers. There is a self-check-in/check-out option which is great, Anna gave us good recommendations regarding a place to eat dinner. The location is perfect for exploring Karlovo and the surrounding areas. It’s conveniently situated near key attractions, yet offers a peaceful and quiet retreat away from the hustle and bustle. Overall, our one-night stay at this apartment in Karlovo was fantastic. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming, and memorable stay.

Karlovo is a beautiful, picturesque city surrounded by the mountain. It is a place where humanity crosses nature. It is a perfect place for someone who wants to breathe fresh air and go on hikes, even if you just walk around the city you would see beautiful scenery everywhere. Not to mention that it is a very historicaly rich place and worth to learn about, great visionaries lived there.

I think every Bulgarian must visit the Museum of Vasil...

I think every Bulgarian must visit the Museum of Vasil Levski - it is kind of mandatory, we are obliged as descendants of those brave men. The other place that charmed us was a restaurant called "Едно време" (Once Upon a Time). It has a great atmosphere and service, and the cuisine is delicious.

As the birthplace of Vasil Levski, Karlovo is obviously full...

As the birthplace of Vasil Levski, Karlovo is obviously full of history - this is where Levski and many another 'awakener' who launched the Bulgarian independence movement in the 19th century came from. The Levski Museum and the National History Museum Karlovo are both well worth visiting - as are the other buildings relating to the Bulgarian enlightenment. And if Bulgarian history isn't your thing, Karlovo is also the starting point for some mighty hikes in the Balkan - most notably up to Botev Peak. It's also just a very nice town in which to spend a couple of days (and easy to reach from Sofia).

Lovely restaurant, easy to park, comfortable beds in modern hotel facility. We were mainly there to get great mattresses and an excellent meal after hiking, since most older style accommodation in Karlovo may not have such good mattresses or you may have to head further afield to eat dinner, and Terra Rosa definitely lived up to expectations on both mattresses and dining.

I loved everything about the hotel it was very clean, the room was spacious, the staff in the hotel and the coffee shop was so nice and hospitable. The room was clean all our needs were met. The room had iron, ironing table and hair dryer. Outstanding!

Had an amazing stay at the hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect. We even got a free lift to the train station as we running late for our train. Highly recommended!
