    Amazing view!

    Amazing view! Batak Reservoir is really beautiful, even though we were there during the snowy winter! In the summer I'm sure it is full of water sports options. It is so calming and relaxing! Great place, like 2 hours from Sofia and you will feel the clean air and the wonderful mountains.

    The outdoor and indoor pools were the perfect temperature to use. The spa facilities were immaculate and in good working order. I think that the price for a night in which dinner and breakfast are included is small. It's the first time I've been very satisfied with service, spa facilities and price! After we paid for our room online, I had asked for the bathroom to have a bathtub, after a minimal amount of time the hotel responded positively to my request. Totally worth visiting this hotel!

    I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The view from my room was absolutely beautiful, and the room itself was very clean and well-kept. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming, which made check-in smooth and pleasant. There’s also a restaurant right downstairs, and it was a great bonus! The food was delicious, and the restaurant staff were super nice and attentive. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

    Very nice family hotel near Batak damn. It has a small spa zone also if the weather is not good for outside walks. The food is good, the staff is very nice and polite. The rooms are spacious, and the bathroom is very clean. It has a small outside playground for kids. The area itself is just wonderful.
