EVERYTHING. Complementary Pick up and Drop off to the airport... and to most of the atraction for free! For sure it is a big big plus to decide to stay here. Rooms are clean, new, and everything was perfect. All people working there was friendly and helpful. Internet was perfect. Location is really close to the center (In case you need to walk, as you have the complementary service). they will do their best to help you. Also, Boy, the drive is a really really friendly person. Smily all time, good sense of humor and made all the experience much much better. We were sad to say him bye, hope we can meet really soon :) I would recommend this place. I cannot imagine other place to stay in Brunei

Excellent. Every thing looked after. I felt valued and staff so kind and helpful. The hotel porter was beyond my expectations. I had late flight he arranged shower and changing facilities after my day touring. An asset to the hotel.

It really felt like a second home for us. That's mostly because of the kindness of Janny, thank you very much!! Enjoy your holiday when you are going back to your family. Also, the homestay was amazing with 3 lovely cats and 4 sweet kittens. They were very cute and sweet! We stayed for almost a week with extending our stay twice. Our room was clean and a lot of facilities were available. Like free water refill, free coffee and tea, free laundry (!) and even free transportation to an hour of free kayaking nearby. The location is also perfect: very quiet and a big supermarket nearby. It's also possible to hike in the rainforest in the back of the homestay. The free breakfast was very good and you can choose every day of 4/5 options. In conclusion, we liked it very much. 10/10
