All staff were friendly and provided amazing service. The facility is extremely clean and the breakfast is excellent. The 5th floor lounge is a treat. Located 2 minutes walk from Plaza Bolivar and 10 minutes from Plaza Principal. Lots of hot water, too.

The breakfast prepared by the host every morning with fresh fruits, yogurts, cereals, bread… The entire property is very nice to go around you feel like home. The beds are comfy and clean.
