I spent about 8 days and Pipa and it was the perfect amount of time to settle in and learn about the town. I felt very safe as a female traveling alone. During the day I would walk everywhere and at night my accommodation had a shuttle that would bring you to and from the central area. The beaches are beautiful! Pipa is the kind of place that stays in your heart :) I travelled for a month from Maceio to Natal, seeing the most amazing beaches and more, but Pipa is something else. I want to keep going back every year if I can, and I am the kind of person that never goes back to the same destination. So... From the resort, you can walk to the major dining options and bars within ten minutes and the strip in five minutes. Cars and motorcycles share the road, but because so many people are strolling around, the motor vehicles often travel slower. Along the route, there are many stores, marketplaces, restaurants, bars, and churches. This place is quite popular with tourists, and security is very important to them. Pipa is such a relaxing place with a peaceful energy and as a European, the Brasilian people were always so helpful and friendly as there is a really nice sense of community where everyone helps each other out. The beaches are amazing and I'll miss our early morning walks to Baios dos Golfinhos before the sun got too hot. The serene atmosphere, the wildlife, the setting, the infrastructure and foremost its staff is second to none. It would not be fair to single out certain members as they were all truly outstanding and genuinely proud of the hotel and their work, be it the reception, the restaurant staff, caretakers or the beach club. It’s a perfect quiet spot in Pipa where you wake up to the sound of the ocean and occasionally see turtles chilling out directly in front. I extended my stay twice and was about tearful to leave.
