We loved the surroundings and staff. Rooms are a little older, but very clean and comfortable. Pool was really nice and well maintained. River tubing was fun, but a little hike to get to the entry and exit. We rented a car and drove from Belize City. Was easy to find, but road to the lodge was a bit rough and steep. Missed my AWD/4X4 on the last 2 miles. Meals there were excellent. We did not do the all inclusive. Overall it felt like a land based cruise where our family could do individual things during the day and we could meet up for meals and time at the pool easily.

Everything exceeded our expectations, the staff were all so welcoming and attentive. Benoni, Kevin, the chefs, the housekeeping staff and the grounds staff were all amazing. Benoni looked after all our excursions by booking us with tour guides, all the guides were very knowledgeable and very friendly. The food at the lodge was absolutely delicious. The accommodations were extremely clean and staff was always available for anything we needed. I would highly recommend the lodge to anyone. We already miss being there.

Quiet location but also within walking distance to the centre of San Ignacio. Bing arranged a tour for us to Barton Creek and Big Rock Falls with David's Advanture Tours which was amazing! He also gave us some local trip suggestions. They just go above and beyond. There is a water tank available 24/7, the garden is serene and cool to walk in...just ask whatever you need, everybody is so helpful!

Location was great, right on the main street. There are supermarkets, restaurants, tour companies around. We were concerned that it might be noisy at night as the hotel is right in the centre of town. The noise levels didn't bother us and was not an issue for us.
