Unfortunately, you don't let us make comments without filling out.All the other stuff before this cause are times whether it's no comments. So my readings are not. Accurate. Hotel manager called me and said that there was no power at the hotel. So we canceled otherwise. I don't know what to say about how nice a place it was or not. Thank you.

The restaurant was closed most of the time during my stay but there is a "fast food" restaurant next to the ESSO station in Boston Bar, only minutes away, that has excellent shakes and other non-fast food. Staples can be purchased at the ESSO station store. It was very convenient.

We needed to stay in that area for a night and there's not much choice. So we ended up here. The hotel did the job for that night. The picknick tables in the center make a great breakfast location, provided you brought your own food.

It really was peaceful. Very homely, a nice change from hotel rooms. Everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We felt very welcome.

The hamlet of Boston Bar is very small and somewhat charming.
