The room that I thought I should have been given, was not , until, I said that I had upgraded the room. The room that was given next, had a queen size bed, instead of King. The TV had sound issues. The balcony was not cleaned after the previous guests. The sheets were larger than the bed. The temperature control, did very little to adjust the temperature.

We really enjoyed our stay- it was so comfortable and easy with a baby. Our flight was cancelled at the very last minute and the staff was great about accommodating us & canceling our room with no charge. We also needed a crib last minute which they provided. Thank you!
