I love Port Hope♥, we have been going there for years now. Love the downtown area very well kept Old Buildings, plus a beautiful Park and on Saturdays the Farmers Market with wonderful goodies fresh from the Farms around. There was more I wanted to see and do, but I had only 3 days. It's a great jumping off place for other towns, villages and sites in the area as well. If you love architecture, the picturesque, and some great atmospheric restaurants...Port Hope has it.Guest review byPlander - 10.0

Very scenic and quaint downtown strip of businesses in historic buildings, well maintained. Variety of restaurants, outdoor patios, antique shops and unique stores. We slept very well, on a comfortable bed with nice coverings.
