I had a wonderful stay in the hotel with 2 small kids. We really enjoyed breakfast as well as the Lodge and Muna restaurants. The staff across the hotel is very helpful and friendly. The sports shop that assists with ski rental and or storage are extremely helpful. We also used the swimming pool facilities which have beautiful mountain views. The whole experience during the stay was hassle free and relaxing.

The staff is incredibly attentive and friendly, the breakfast buffet is full of choices, and the rooms have amazing views of the Alps. This is my 2nd time staying here and will keep coming back when visiting Crans Montana. Everything was perfect…Highly recommend!

it was such a great holiday at hotel dala. Manuela was really helpful in every step we want to take. the room was spacious and the view was amazing. the breakfast was delicious, and there were lots of options you can choose. the room service was good.
