Excellent hotel, gorgeous views, food was amazing. Rooms were lovely, we were woken by the beautiful sunrise over the lake Zurich, which was amazing. Train station is across the road, however trains run so quietly that there was no noise at all. Train to city centre is 11min, airport less than 30 min, it made the travel effortless and very pleasant.

Staff are excellent. Top notch customer service. Location across from train station meant we were in Zurich within 15 mins. View of the lake is beautiful and a nice way to wake up. Breakfast is excellent and overall a high quality experience. Would absolutely stay again. Quick walk to shops, drugstores, and groceries.

Each time I come, I enjoy staying at Kloster Kappel! The staff are warm, welcoming, and friendly and make their guests feel right at home. The facilities are top-notch: everything is always sparkling clean, the rooms are cosy and the beds are very comfortable. The location is simply stunning. Set in a peaceful and safe area, the views of the surrounding landscape were breathtaking and added to the overall sense of tranquility. It’s the perfect place to relax and unwind.
