The hotel had recently re-opened under a new name and management. The quality of the refurbishment was excellent. The staff we beyond friendly and helpful. When there was a problem with my booking (entirely due to my error) they corrected it without any fuss.

The reception staff was beyond amazing, always eager to help, understand your needs and treat them properly. What stood out was that despite the fact that we arrived very late during the night, Sami from the reception was very polite and helped us with everything we needed, which made us enjoy our vacation and have a very nice experience at the hotel. I totally recommend staying here!!

Very positively surprised by this hotel! I loved everything about it: - very friendly, professional and helpful staff - comfortable hotel rooms - very comfy mattress - absolutely stunning alcove-like angled window, with cushions to sit at the window and look at Geneva Lake. My favourite part about the room! - All very clean, and a sufficient amount of towels (one big, one small, one smaller) - seems like a small detail, but most hotels don't do this :) - Good breakfast, with a view of the lake as a bonus! - Services for anything you may need - even borrowing a plug adapter! Plus the hotel is very well connected to Geneva - you get a free transport card for the entire canton of Geneva, it's right next to the train station and trains go every 15 mins! It's perfect, and so much nicer and quieter than to stay in Geneva while still being close by! Would 100% recommend

    It is a beautiful building and location is superb. It is a conference centre rather than hotel and it feels like that too. Limited comfort over all but clean. There is a limited offer of hot meals and drinks for lunch and dinner. Breakfast is included.
