I like everything here and plan to come back with my husband in April next year. The location is very good within five minutes walking from the train station to the hotel. Very easy to walk to any where as the hotel location is in the city center. Walking to the Lugano lake is about five minutes. Breakfast was good quality and variety. All staff i contact with were so friendly.

It’s renovated and old/ modern mixture. Cleaning and the stuff were amazing. Also the breakfast was really tasty and fresh. I’ll definitely stay there again if i have a chance to visit Lugano again.

The location is absolutely stunning with beautiful lake and mountain views. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options.
