Gandria was a beautiful village.
Gandria was a beautiful village. It is carless and has lots of stone steps, so it requires basic fitness levels and working knees. The old rustic buildings were gorgeous and there are a few places that provide access to swim in the lake. Locanda Gandriese was the best restaurant we ate at for the entire trip. Quiet and peaceful. Pack light as you will need to walk to the hotel via cobble stone stairs.
