They went above and beyond when my partner realised she’d left her sunglasses in the room and the hotel not only found them but posted them to us in the UK at no extra cost. A perfect stop for exploring the Grimsel and Furka passes, plus the hotel has a parking garage - useful for keeping your motorbike out of the elements over night. Bus stops at the door and it's only 1 hour from Meiringen. The terrace restaurant is nice for during the day or pre-dinner drinks. Food is outstanding especially considering the isolated location.
