I traveled with my family, and they loved the place and the view. The restaurant has a great view of the lake, which makes it an amazing experience. The hotel also has free parking in front of it. Definitely recommended.

    This city is a short distance from Lucerne. There are frequent trains that go to Lucerne and further into Unterwalden. The main attraction in Hergiswill is the glass works and its museum and restaurant. There is a boat that stops there. One of its benefits is hotels that cost less than Lucerne Hotels and offer great views of the Lake. Consider it a suburb of Lucerne.

    Where to start! We stayed for part of our honeymoon, I had been so excited to stay somewhere with such incredible views and it did not disappoint! The apartment is modern,clean with a rustic charm. The view is breathtaking. Larissa, Beat and the whole family were welcoming and so friendly! (Including the cats!) We would 100% stay again. Parking is great- under a carport so very safe. Hergiswil is a great place to stay near Lucerne especially if driving. Our stay was a highlight of the whole honeymoon.

    A cozy hotel, a wonderful view of the lake and mountains from the window, a delicious breakfast - what could be better than such a vacation? The staff was very attentive, always happy to answer questions and give good advice. On cold evenings, you could warm up in the sauna and relax in the spa area.

    The staff were incredibly friendly, the hotel was very clean, the pool and spa area is stunning. We had a room overlooking the lake and the view was breathtaking. The breakfast was varied and a lot of choice 😋 Cannot fault the hotel, the staff or the location, we will definitely return!
