-Very helpful, amazing staff. -hotel is child friendly. Our son enjoyed the new toys especially the train tracks. -rooms have been renovated quite recently and look great. -The view from the hotel is absolutely astonishing -very close to Mürren BLM station -food in the restaurant is really delicious

What an amazing experience! The room was large, comfortable and spotless. The staff were friendly and helpful, they communicated with us so that a shuttle was waiting to pick us up from the station when we arrived. And then there was the view from the room… words cannot describe it. Heavenly. I would love to come back here. It was quite expensive in our standards, but definitely worth every penny.

    Kleine Scheidegg is just a marvelous place with fantastic views. The breakfast and dinner are delicious, and they give you a lot of food (I would actually skip lunch for a light snack, as I had trouble finishing dinner one night) Facilities are clean, and service is amazing. You get towels, shampoo and body wash at the showers, and comfortable beds.

    the location is amazing. if you're into hiking, the hiking spots are just in front of the hotel. I did some hiking around at night and saw breathtaking views of Grindelwald! also the staff is very helpful and friendly.
