The apartment is lavish, fully furnished and kitchen was complete with all necessary items. Kids loved the range of toys that were available to play. Host was very kind & nice during our stay. Facilities were great. A wonderfully quiet place to stay!

I recently stayed at Aparthotel Luzern that had an unconventional setup without a traditional reception area. At first, I was skeptical about the absence of a reception, but my concerns were quickly put to rest. The hotel staff had cleverly incorporated technology into their operations, allowing for smooth and efficient check-in and check-out processes. The absence of a reception desk actually gave the hotel a unique and modern feel, and the staff was readily available throughout my stay to assist with any queries or requests.I appreciate the innovative approach they took to streamline the guest experience. Additionally, the hotel's location was ideal, situated in close proximity to popular attractions and. Overall, my experience at this hotel was exceptional, and I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a memorable and enjoyable stay.
