Wow, basically everything I never feel welcomed as in there. The staff is fantastic. I feel they are my family and as if I have known them for a long time The location is super wow. The moment you step in the hotel, you will be greeted by a most welcoming smile from Peter, who will walk you through every single process of checking-in; he will even escort you, with your luggage, to your room, complete with all the brochures, maps, and advice you need to get around Interlaken. From Interlaken Ost, bus #103 stops a few meters before the hotel, every 30min. The restaurant serves very good breakfast & excellent food for lunch & dinner. The kitchen & restaurant staff are very kind and attentive. 😊

Super friendly and hospitable staff. We had our room booked and paid ahead of time, but when the staff noticed that we were less than satisfied they upgraded us with no extra cost.
