The location was wonderful. A view of the Zürisee, near the train station, but not so near that you could hear the trains. A delicious breakfast included in the price of the booking.

The location is perfect because you can reach the main cities and other attractions from the train/bus station, which is 1 minute walk from the hotel. Also the boat stop is very close, from there you can take a boat ride and visit the other side of the lake, islands, etc. The room was very clean and comfortable, the view from the windows is beautiful, you can see the mountain and Etzel. The staff is very friendly, the communication was clear and frequently.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome and attended to every detail with professionalism and warmth.     The room was quite spacious, bed was comfort, and had a nice large smart tv. The hotel also had SAUNA and fitness centre and was able to relax. The breakfast spread was good Staffs are nice Room was very clean including the bathroom

    The Hotel is fantastically situated on the edge of the lake was great for me on my visit for work. Lovely food for dinner and breakfast and I would highly recommend this for anyone wanting to stay outside of the city.
