...the location. As if it is only for an overnight stay on your way to/from your holiday or for a weekend away like me and my husband. The location is near Tamaro Mountain and Splash&Spa, for one who likes going on a mountain bike or trekking/hiking and the other to relax in spa... well just perfect! We opted for the half-board as we were positively surprised if the meal portions. The breakfast was good too and most of all, the staff, starting from the receptionist/check-in to the waitresses. Right in front of the train station, so you get there by train and 5 minutes walk from the Splash&Spa with the hotel's free parking, you save yourself money too, as we went there the day we arrived and could leave our car at the hotel before my You get a Ticino Card too issued by the hotel which gives you 20%-30% off the entrance fees of many places and free Arcobaleno card/public transport, so we were actually quite surprised. We will be definately back!

Perfect, clean, modern hotel with exclusive personnel. You would be helped at every point you need, warm welcome, the hotel looks brand new although its 3 years old. All people working there are very dedicated to make your stay as comfortable as possible. You have an option of welcome drinks and coffee/tea, snacks, water/local beer, in a hotel and will get tips on all Locarno activities. Bus stop 3 min walk, train stop 10 min walk, Locarno city center 20 min walk. Thank you for making my short stay so perfect. Grazie mille.

I was genuinely impressed by the quality of service at this hotel. Although it's rated as a 3-star, the warm hospitality and welcoming atmosphere made it feel like so much more—it was truly one of the highlights of our trip through Italy and Switzerland. Some standout aspects of our stay included: A complimentary room upgrade upon arrival, offering a breathtaking view A thoughtful welcome with complimentary wine, apples, and snacks in the room Refreshments like tea, infused water, and light snacks always available in the lobby A beautiful garden with a fantastic swimming pool—perfect for unwinding Free public transport tickets provided for the duration of our stay The overall atmosphere was calm, peaceful, and ideal for relaxation. The family room is two standard rooms with a common door. The cleanliness is perfect. Despite the fact that it is a roadside hotel, the atmosphere is very pleasant, both inside and outside the hotel. Free coffee, tea, water, croissants/muffins at the front desk. Room with toys, board games and a pool table. A voucher for breakfast at a nearby cafe can be purchased at reception for 18 francs for an adult and 12 francs for a child. We didn't use it, we had enough croissants and coffee. There is a small supermarket by the cafe.

    Comfortable beds with excellent pillows which is rarely the case in hotels. Little but practical rooms, warm and quiet. Private parking is great with back entrance to hotel so you do not need to suffer with your luggage.
